Each of our investor¡¯s account is traded by a dedicated money manager according to the trading rules and risk management guidelines set out by the company. These rules and guidelines ensure both the performance and safety of our client¡¯s capitals. Investment Strategy     All strategies used by our money managers are short term Intraday in nature. It takes advantage of intraday volatility and price moves. The time frames used is 5 minute to 240 minute bars. This has the advantage of close technical stop loss positions and therefore a smaller risk per trade. The program is a ¡°scalping technique¡± whereas the objective is to take advantage of intra-day volatility moves. These short-term strategies are technical with about 80% systematic and 20% discretionary signal decisions. These short-term strategies are designed to take quick small profits or quick smaller losses when the market goes against us. Due to the normally high liquidity this approach has proven effectiveness for our trading results.   Each strategy is programmed into our computerized trading platform and back-tested with historical data before our money manager implements the strategy in our clients¡¯ fund.  Back-testing strategy ensures each strategy has proven result. The testing period is the latest 5 years. As we can see from the report that the initial capital which is $5,000 invested 5 years ago, if such strategy is applied onto the trading, so far the capital has been accumulated to $1.3M. We can also find that certain losses are shown; however, they are all controlled and minimized by our systemized trading strategy. Your money remains deposited with a third party (segregated fund). With your approval, the manager places trades based upon their unique trading model directly onto your fund. All you need to do is open a fund at our affiliate brokerage and grant the money manager a "Limited Power of Attorney". The "Limited Power of Attorney" means that we are unable to add or take assets from your fund with the broker. Efficient Real-Time Reporting The Goldwell funds are discretionary funds, this means that the money manager cannot and will not accept custody of your funds. Our money managers invest client assets across a wide selection of leading world currencies. Our strategies are designed to take advantage of exchange rate changes of these currencies relative to the U.S. dollar and their cross-pairs. These currencies are USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, CHF, CAD, AUD and NZD.     Goldwell Forex Managed Program     The Goldwell Program starts with US$50,000 with minimum one year term and three choices of calculated period: quarterly, semi-annually, and annually. Goldwell guarantees no more than 20% drawdown on our clients¡¯ initial capital during the terms. In case of capital loss, the loss shall be accumulated to the next calculated period¡¯s performance fee calculation. Quarterly: performance fee shall be paid to Goldwell after 5% of the accumulated profit. 50% of the thereafter accumulated profit shall be paid as performance fee for the calculated period of three months. Semi-annually: performance fee shall be paid to Goldwell after 10% of the accumulated profit. 50% of the thereafter accumulated profit shall be paid as performance fee for the calculated period of six months. Annual: performance fee shall be paid to Goldwell after 20% of the accumulated profit. 50% of the thereafter accumulated profit shall be paid as performance fee for the calculated period of one year.
